The Air Force lacrosse team used a strong second half to knock off Bellarmine University, 12-7, Saturday afternoon at Owsley B. Frazier Stadium. With the victory, the Falcons improve to 4-6 overall, 2-1 in the Great Western Lacrosse League, while the Knights fall to 6-6 overall, 0-4 in the league.

The Bellarmine Knights hosted the St. Joseph's College Pumas in a pair of doubleheaders this past weekend, gaining a split in each.
The Bellarmine University softball team lost both games of a doubleheader against Missouri-St. Louis. The Tritons are leading the Greater Lakes Valley Conference, and they showed why with a pair of 3-0 victories over the Knights.
This had to be the easiest voting of the season so far for player of the week awards. Bellarmine baseball player Braxton Graven hit four home runs in the first game of a doubleheader to propel the Knights to victory. Because of his outstanding accomplishment, Graven (Trinity H.S./Louisville, Ky.) was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Baseball Player of the Week for April 6-12.
The Bellarmine University men's and women's track teams competed at Tennessee State University's Boston Moon Classic meet this Saturday April 10th. Both teams performed well and turned in stellar performances on the track.
