Triplett ends scoring draught and lifts Knights to victory

Lauren Triplett decided 102 minutes of scoreless soccer was enough, netting the game-winner in the 103rd minute of the double-overtime contest, lifting Bellarmine's women's soccer team to a 1-0 victory over the University of Missouri-St. Louis on Friday.
Triplett's goal from just outside the box marked her fourth game-winner of the year.
The Knights had a huge 19-5 advantage in shots as well as a 7-4 edge in corner kicks but were unable to capitalize on the extra chances.
Amy Kunowski recorded her seventh shutout of the year, saving three shots.
With the victory, the Knights improved to 11-2-0 overall (9-2-0 GLVC), while the Tritons dropped to 4-9-1 (4-7-1 GLVC).
